Serving Clients Across Time Zones and Markets
Grand Wine maintains a discreet international presence to serve clients across time zones, regulatory environments, and wine markets. We operate from four strategic locations, each selected for proximity to significant collector communities and wine regions.
European Headquarters
Our London office serves as European headquarters, providing access to UK, Continental European, and Middle Eastern clients. London's position as a global financial center and its bonded warehouse infrastructure make it ideal for wine storage, trading, and advisory.
Gulf & Asia Pacific
Our Dubai office supports collectors and family offices across the Gulf region and provides a bridge to Asian markets. Dubai's emergence as a luxury hub and its strategic position between Europe and Asia make it essential for serving UHNW Middle Eastern and South Asian clients.
Founding Office – Central Europe
Our founding office in Bratislava serves Central and Eastern European clients and maintains historical relationships with collectors across the region. Slovakia's position at the heart of Europe provides access to both Western European estates and emerging Eastern European collector markets.
North American Base
Our Seattle office serves North American clients and maintains proximity to Pacific Northwest and Napa Valley wine regions. Seattle's concentration of technology wealth and its position between California wine country and Asian markets make it strategically valuable.
We do not maintain retail locations or public-facing showrooms. All meetings are by appointment and conducted in private settings—our offices, clients' residences, hotels, or neutral professional venues as preferred.
Our four offices span global time zones, ensuring that clients can reach senior advisors during their business hours. Dr. Von Draxler and our advisory team travel regularly between offices and to meet clients globally.
Wine regulations, import duties, and tax treatment vary significantly by jurisdiction. We navigate these complexities on behalf of clients, ensuring compliant cross-border transactions and storage arrangements.
We coordinate climate-controlled international shipping, bonded warehouse transfers, and private delivery worldwide. All logistics partners are bound by confidentiality agreements and vetted for security and reliability.
Beyond our office locations, we maintain relationships with bonded warehouses and climate-controlled storage facilities worldwide.
All storage facilities maintain continuous temperature and humidity monitoring, insurance, and security appropriate for investment-grade wine holdings.
Regardless of your location, Grand Wine is available to serve your wine acquisition and advisory needs. We work with clients globally and travel to meet them when appropriate.
Dr. Von Draxler is fluent in English, French, German, Slovak, and Czech. Consultations are conducted in the language of your preference.
